Directions:
1. Wipe lips with warm damp cloth.
2. Apply scrub to lips with finger or cosmetic spatula.
3. Rub gently on lips for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
4. rinse or wipe scrub off with damp cloth & moisturize with lip balm.
