International Shipping Policy
Raynes Natural Beauty is happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. We recommend shipping via UPS International for the fastest, most reliable service, but we are happy to ship via USPS International as well. All shipping rates are determined by the weight and size of your package - which can be quoted by our online shopping cart. To get a quote, simply place your items in your shopping cart and enter your shipping information, choosing the correct country. The shipping quote does not include any import or duty fees, you are responsible for those additional fees (which vary from country to country). If you do not pick-up your package for any reason and it is returned to Raynes Natural Beauty we will refund you after deducting the return shipping charges and our 15% restock fee.
To place an order: To ensure your credit card safety it is best to use the shopping cart to place your order.
UPS International: This service is either UPS International. Service can take 1-2 weeks for delivery. This service is insured. There are tracking numbers available for this service. Any Duty, Tax, or Brokerage fees related to this order is the responsibility of the recipient. Raynes Natural Beauty does not know what the duties/taxes are in your area, and we do not know if there will be brokerage fees. By choosing UPS you are accepting responsibility for these fees. If you choose UPS, and do not pay the Duty Tax or Brokerage fees, the package will be returned or destroyed at the recipients expense.
USPS International:This service takes 1-3 weeks (post office has 90 days to deliver order before it will be considered lost). In most cases this service is insured. There are no tracking numbers available for this service. Any Duty, Tax, or Brokerage fees related to this order is the responsibility of the recipient. Raynes Natural Beauty does not know what the duties/taxes are in your area, and we do not know if there will be brokerage fees. USPS often does not have brokerage fees, but this is not a guarantee.
Discount Shipping rates: If your order is over 350 pounds in total weight (regardless of the number of packages) you may qualify for a lower shipping rate via UPS International Economy Freight. This rate is automatically calculated in the quote generated by our website.
Shipping Restrictions: It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, Raynes Natural Beauty will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON BOTANICAL SHIPMENTS: Due to import regulations, the Government of Korea, Japan and New Zealand will not allow botanical items (seeds, flower parts, or any organic, plant substances) to be imported without special documentation outside the scope of what Raynes Natural Beauty can do. We apologize for the inconvenience to our overseas friends and hope that other countries do not begin banning botanical imports. We will keep a list here of countries that cannot import botanicals.
We can no longer ship to Russia, Nigeria, Italy or Greece. Unfortunately, Italy has import laws that do not allow Cosmetics or soapmaking supplies into the country. While Greece requires special paperwork from the FDA and inspections that are beyond our international shipping abilities. If you choose to place an order and have it shipped to Italy or Greece, Raynes Natural Beauty will not be able to refund you for shipping charges or the product if it is confiscated.
Due to Russian importing rules (as of May 2014) we can no longer ship to Russia.
Due to Nigerian importing rules (as of July 2014) we can no longer ship to Nigeria.
Shipments of colorants and botanicals to Mexico require special licensing. Please make sure you have the correct business license before you order.
Shipments to Brazil require a Tax ID number for private individuals and businesses. In Brazil, this is called the CPF - Cadastro Pessoa Fisica and has a format like 000.000.028-00, For businesses the number is called a CPNJ Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Juridica and it has a format like 00.000.486/0001-0.
Shipments to Indonesia require an import license.
Shipments to Serbia require a business license for invoices over $200 US. Please make sure that you meet those requirements as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Raynes Natural Beauty LLC has no control over these charges, nor can Raynes Natural Beauty LLC predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note:
Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
When shipping internationally, Raynes Natural Beauty will use a shipping method that provides proof of delivery. Standard shipping will be done with FedEx or UPS.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.
Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from RaynesNaturalBeauty.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
